Summer Bridge Builder Leadership Retreat

At a time of significant division and isolation in our nation, the Lumunos Bridge Builder Retreat is for people who want to restore connection and hope across lines of difference (culture, faith, nationality, sexual orientation, ages, races….even politics) in local communities – recognizing that it isn’t the proximity of our homes, but the depths of our relationships that make us neighbors. This all-day retreat is perfect for those working within schools, health and social service agencies, nonprofits, and faith communities.  Participants will practice how to build understanding, trust, and cooperation in one-on-one encounters, as well as learn the Becoming Neighbors model for coordinating larger group events…with the goal of creating more caring and connected communities for all.
